Frequently asked

How do I book and pay for an event?

Find the event on our programme and select “Book now”. This opens the secure Eventbrite listing where you can reserve and pay for your place. You'll receive confirmation and a calendar invite by email.

Do your events offer CPD?

Most of our courses, workshops and seminars carry CPD credits. The number of credits is shown on each event in the programme.

Can you run training for my whole department?

Yes. We deliver bespoke departmental and group training. Use the form above, selecting “Group / departmental booking”, and we'll design something around your team's needs.

I'm an international clinician — can I visit?

Absolutely. We welcome visiting clinicians for observerships. See our opportunities page and register your interest.

What's your cancellation and refund policy?

Cancellations and refunds are handled in line with our booking terms and Eventbrite's policies. If you need to transfer or cancel a place, contact us as early as possible and we'll do our best to help.
