Opportunities
Beyond our events, the Academy offers longer-term routes to deepen expertise — structured fellowships, research collaborations and observerships at a centre offering one of the broadest brachytherapy practices in the UK.
Open now
A structured fellowship developing subspecialty expertise across interstitial and intraluminal technique, with mentored clinical practice and a dedicated teaching role.
Register interest →Join active projects in brachytherapy dosimetry, imaging and outcomes, with support towards higher research degrees and publication.
Discuss a project →Spend time observing complex brachytherapy and oncology practice first-hand, with a tailored itinerary built around your interests.
Apply to observe →For visiting clinicians
We welcome clinicians from the UK and around the world. Each observership is shaped around what you want to see — whether that's a particular tumour site, applicator or planning workflow — and includes time in clinic, theatre and the planning suite.
Observerships are non-clinical and observational only. You'll need professional registration in your home country, occupational-health and ID clearance, and appropriate indemnity. We'll guide you through each step once your interest is registered.
